SUB PRIME CRIME is a meme about the present mort-
gage crisis: create before and after pictures that
utilize the image rollover in the html. extra points if
you can somehow include the subject of the publish-
ers clearinghouse sweepstakes. i used a horizontal
setup, but painful positioning gave way to mixing rel-
ative and absolute, and some left and top because
you can't get negative numbers in those categories...
